  • You don’t have to disrupt your day to travel to our office to have a meeting. Save time and money with all of our meetings taking place virtually. We see you and you see us. It also means we can help people from all over Queensland and Australia!

  • Our secure and password protected Client Portal is free of charge, allowing you to log in to your matter at anytime and access things like Court Documents, Financial Documents of you and the other person, your invoices and Orders or Reports. You can also upload relevant documents straight into the portal if you need, and take advantage of the chat feature 24/7. This is great for anyone who can’t find the time during business hours and find that they are doing most of their catch ups (or life admin as we like to call it) after hours.

You spend that money to not only buy a solicitors expertise to help and guide you through the process, you are also spending the money so you do not have to spend the time doing it yourself.

2. You complete our online questionnaire. The link to the questionnaire will be sent to you in the email confirming your appointment.

3. We have a chat and discuss your situation and options. You get homework, we get homework.

4. We send to you a scope of work which is simple and easy to follow. We’ll give you full clarity in the scope, with each step broken down into stages with clear pricing for each.

5. You formally retain us by accepting the scope, paying the quoted price and signing the necessary retainer documents.

6. We get to work.

Our initial consultations have no timer - we'll talk as long as needed to listen and to provide you with all of your options. Initial Consultations are a fixed fee of $440, which is payable on the day.
